Pursuing Ph.D. (General Management), B.E(E&CE) with MBA having 26+ years of rich leadership experience in R&D Cost optimization for Electric and hybrid vehicles, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Defense Vehicles(Infantry combat vehicle, Troops Carrier), Two wheelers.
Worked as Senior Manager (Head – Electrical & Electronics Systems) R&D - Asia Motor works limited. From September 2009 to May 2011.◘ Worked as a Senior Engineer – R&D LML Limited From December 1997 to October 2004.
Worked with Escorts Yamaha Motors Ltd - as Graduate engineer Trainee & Engineer – R & D. From March 93 to December 1997.
Worked as Deputy Manager – Product Development with Minda Sai Ltd. From October 2004 to September April 2005.

Enduring 15 years of hard-earned experience in Education, Technology & Manufacturing, Mr. Shrikant Shinde aims to bring revolution in developing interest-based skills in young minds in EV Industry. He has created an EV Facility.
He runs several technical as well soft skill training programs very successfully .
continuously on the journey to inculcate the significance and destiny of the dynamic EV Industry.
Over the years of hard work, he successfully runs several sisters concerned companies under his business empire, GOGO Group.

Mr Anant Bhedasgaonkar by qualification is an Electronic Engineer
He owns his family business; his company name is Nana Industries Nana Industries is the manufacturer of Battery Chargers in Pune for last 65 years.
He also developed Solar & EV labs for many colleges like ‘Pimpri Chinchawad College Engineering’, ’Savitribai Phule University etc
Mr. Anant Bhedasgaonkar was president of ‘Entrepreneurs International, Pune Chapter ‘in year 2014 . In that year he had delivered many interesting programs related to entrepreneurship.
He also developed Solar & EV labs for many colleges like ‘Pimpri Chinchawad College Engineering’, ’Savitribai Phule University etc.

Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni an engineer(B.E. Electronics and Telecommunications) has taken this thought further to initiate and explore the use of battery operated vehicles by serving it to the people of Maharashtra and India.
Mahesh Kulkarni has more than 14 years' experience in marketing and providing technical support for battery operated vehicles and over the year he became more passionate with this technology and a next gen thought' wonderfully synchronized with his actions and innovative ideas to develop E-Vehicles
He engineered and began this venture at a small town like Buldana purposely, so that rural people in and around will be benefitted at a root level.
The brand name 'E4Me' sounds like an E-Vehicle is for me, because of its cost effectiveness. "E4Me" is a beginning for the new generations.
Mahesh Kulkarni is successful to create the awareness of E-Vehicles among the potential buyers and dealers across the country. His last years turnover has crossed 1.5 crore mark and the sale is further going up and up.
